Overview
Tecnirol’s investment in a Haas UMC-500 5-axis machine and ST-15Y lathe expanded its capabilities but introduced the complexity of transitioning from 3- and 4-axis to 5-axis machining. Tecnirol expanded its use of Mastercam, adding 5-axis and turn-milling modules with support from its trusted partner, Imocom. This provided the advanced programming capabilities, flexibility, and expert guidance needed to successfully implement and optimize its new CNC technology.

As part of its growth strategy, Tecnirol invested in two new CNC machines: a Haas UMC-500 5-axis machining center and a Haas ST-15Y lathe.
