FAQs

The onboarding packet contains everything needed to set up Mastercam as a vendor and begin placing orders:

  • Key contact, banking, tax, and legal information
  • Mastercam’s Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement (EULA)
  • Submission links for company updates and tax exemption certificates

It is designed to support both new customers and those transitioning from previous reseller relationships.

To place an order, your Account Manager or Renewals Specialist will send you the Mastercam Standard Order Form via DocuSign. This form must be signed before fulfillment. Supporting documents—like tax exemption certificates—can be submitted directly through the packet. Setup is typically confirmed within 3–5 business days.

As Mastercam has expanded through acquisitions, we have inherited varied business practices that caused delays and inconsistencies. To better serve our growing customer base, we have introduced the Customer Onboarding and Contract Standardization Framework—a unified process that ensures faster order processing, consistent service, and scalable operations.
