We are thrilled to announce the release of Mastercam Probing Inspect. This new addition to Mastercam Probing allows you to closely inspect probing measurements collected during the simulation of your part file in Mastercam. These measurements are configured using the “Custom Output” feature in Mastercam Probing, which triggers the CNC control to produce a measurement file during the probing operation. This file can then be imported back into Mastercam Probing Inspect.
Mastercam Probing Inspect lists every operation measurement and clearly indicates with color if the measurement is under, over, or within tolerance. To easily overview all measurements and their locations, information boxes are added directly inside the simulation window with lines pointing to the geometry. These boxes include measurement data such as the exact deviation. You can also toggle which results you wish to see based on their colors.
Additionally, you can create a complete Measurement Report in PDF format based on the measurement results.
