Mastercam at MACH 2024

What is MACH?

MACH is the longest-running manufacturing and engineering exhibition in the UK and is the UK’s largest trade event for advanced engineering and manufacturing.

MACH 2024 will be held in NEC Birmingham from April 15-19, with over 600 exhibitors, including Mastercam UK. The exhibition expects over 25,000 attendees this year to see live digital production systems all under one roof.

MACH is owned and organized by The Manufacturing Technologies Association, a non-profit that exists to promote the interests and voice of the engineering-based manufacturing technologies sector in the UK.

Mastercam UK at MACH

MACH attendees will get to experience the most powerful Mastercam machining software yet! Visitors can stop by Hall 17, Booth 330 for a look at Mastercam 2024, which introduces dozens of features and enhancements to keep shops running with the latest that Mastercam has to offer the manufacturing industry.

In addition to Mastercam’s complete range of easy-to-use CAD/CAM software tools for manufacturing, Mastercam UK will be specifically showcasing live demonstrations of our Mastercam Mill-Turn optimization, synchronization, and visualization capabilities on a machine tool.

Visitors to the exhibition stand will also be able to get hands-on with the complete Mastercam software range and learn how they can more easily program their manufactured parts with leading-edge features for precision and efficiency; and enhance their productivity with a variety of specialized Add-Ons for specific machining needs.

Mastercam UK will be demonstrating Mastercam’s Dynamic Motion® Technology which analyzes tool motion and stock – as well as their relationship to each other – constantly during machining, checking for any unoptimized motion. Additionally, they will also be demonstrating Mastercam’s Accelerated Finishing® technology which has been developed in conjunction with the most advanced, new cutting tool shapes.

Mastercam UK will also be supported in their exhibition stand by Sandvik Coromant who will be demonstrating their CoroPlus® Tool Library support plugin for Mastercam that enables seamless workflows in machining preparation and CAM programming. They will also be demonstrating the Sandvik Coromant PrimeTurning™ method for Mastercam.

Mastercam UK will also be supported by Postability, who are a bespoke software development company focused entirely on the development of NC post processors for Mastercam. Postability works in conjunction with Mastercam UK to support clients in all precision manufacturing industries including but not limited to automotive, aerospace, consumer products, defense, heavy equipment, medical, musical instruments, and power generation.

These are only a few of the new features and enhancements in Mastercam that users will get to see on display at MACH 2024.
