Simulation and verification just got up to 10x faster. By leveraging GPU parallel processing, you will see accurate results in minutes instead of hours, saving valuable programming time.
Multiaxis Enhancements
- Automatic tilting for ball nose and end mills.
- Improved 4-Axis morph toolpaths for better geometric accuracy.
- Optimized linking for cylindrical and spherical surfaces.
- Smarter level-based ordering for triangular mesh toolpaths.
Probing Updates
Full integration with Blum Digital Laser Tool Center allows seamless tool setup, wear detection, and breakage checks—directly inside Mastercam without manual NC code edits.
Mastercam Copilot (AI Assistance)
Mastercam 2026.R2 marks the first official release of Copilot, bringing AI-driven help, command execution, and contextual guidance right into your workflow. New capabilities include:
- Editing feeds and speeds via voice or text.
- Creating machine groups and operations on command.
- Active listening mode and video scanning for deeper learning.
