PRESIDENT

As President of Mastercam, Susan Brandt is responsible for driving the company’s sustainable growth through organic and strategic acquisitions, positioning Mastercam as a global leader in CAD/CAM technology.  

With more than 30 years of experience in the BIM, CAD, engineering/design, and construction software/SaaS industry, Susan has held several senior leadership roles in business development, sales, and product management. Prior to joining Mastercam, Susan worked at Hexagon as Vice President of the Mine Planning Business Unit and at O3 Solutions as Vice President of Business Development and Sales. She has held senior leadership positions at Bentley Systems over a 23-year tenure, including Vice President of Digital Construction Works, Vice President of Global Accounts, Vice President of Project Delivery Business Unit, Vice President of Americas Regional Sales, and various account management and business development positions.   

Susan resides in West Chester, PA, with her two daughters, Sydney and Sophia. Beyond her work, Susan enjoys spending her downtime on her circa 1750 hobby farm, a labor of love for her.
