CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Karen joined Mastercam in January 2024 with responsibilities for finance and customer service.  

Karen has over 25 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining Mastercam, she was the Deputy CFO for Lectra, the parent company of Gerber Technology, LLC. She worked for Gerber Technology for 20 years, starting as the Manager of Financial Reporting, holding positions of increasing responsibility up to Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, prior to Gerber Technology being acquired by Lectra in 2021. Karen also worked for Deloitte, where she rose to the level of Audit Manager, prior to leaving to join Gerber Technology. 

Karen holds a BS in Accounting from University of Connecticut. She resides in Connecticut with her husband and daughter Maggie and enjoys spending time outdoors walking and exploring.
