Jason is responsible for the full lifecycle human resources strategy and employee-focused initiatives.

Jason has over 25 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and development, organizational design, and collaborative partnership with the business to build the infrastructure required to leverage talent and foster organizational growth. He joined Mastercam in 2017 as the Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Head of Human Resources in 2024.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He lives in Granby, Massachusetts, with his wife and three children. Jason enjoys the outdoors, and seeks to spend his free time with family, whether that be on a family adventure or simply relaxing over a homecooked meal.
