This nozzle mold, machined and filmed in the Mastercam Manufacturing Lab, travels through all eight stations to show how connected manufacturing transforms an idea into a finished part. Imports verified tool geometry and data into Mastercam, ensuring the programmer has accurate tools for the remaining toolpaths.

EverPath, Copilot, and Copilot's integrated Coromant Cutting Agent assist the programmer in completing toolpaths.

Simulates the complete machining process to detect collisions and identify issues before the program goes to the machine.
Vericut Optimizer
Adjusts feed rates throughout the NC program based on cutting conditions to reduce cycle time and balance tool load.
Spike Smart Tools
Monitors cutting forces in real time with sensor-based tooling, providing tool load data to detect issues and validate machining conditions.
Verisurf
Performs on-machine, in-process inspection with a portable arm CMM, verifying part accuracy before machining continues.
Metrologic DCS
Performs final CMM inspection, measuring the completed part against the model to verify every feature meets design requirements.
