Turning functionality in Mastercam 2021 includes enhancements for Lathe solid chaining. Turning enhancements for Mastercam 2021 include a new Lathe Custom Thread toolpath for machining. It is designed to simplify and streamline your programming workflow. This video also demonstrates how you can select chained geometry to represent the thread cross-section or choose one of four parametric definitions: Rope, Buttress, Square, or Trapezoidal.
