The world’s largest CAM community is growing. Mastercam is pleased to announce a new partnership with IMCO Carbide Tool. IMCO Carbide Tool (IMCO) is an American manufacturing company that researches, designs, and manufactures high-performance cutting tools for a variety of applications in the aerospace, automotive, medical, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries.
Founded in 1977 by Lawrence R. Osburn, the company is headquartered in Perrysburg Township, Ohio. IMCO serves a diverse customer base of small job shops to large production operations around the world. The company is ISO 9001:2000 registered.
As a result of this partnership, an immediate benefit to Mastercam users is that a new tool database is available. IMCO milling tools are available in the Mastercam 3D tool library for Mastercam 2019 and beyond. These tools offer the latest innovations from IMCO.
Mastercam users with version 2019 or newer can download IMCO tool libraries from the Mastercam Tech Exchange. This will deliver seamless access to IMCO performance milling tools from within the world’s most widely used CAM software.
