What are some challenges/opportunities you find that are unique to your region?
A challenge in our region is that we have many competitors who sell CAM software. The CAD/CAM market in Germany is highly competitive. We have a great sales partner network here, though. We have eight partners located in different parts of Germany, so we can be near to customers in all different regions to provide onsite support.

What are some unique issues that you can solve as a local support hub for Mastercam?
We as InterCAM-Deutschland can offer a great environment for Mastercam customers because we have a shop floor with our own machines. We can plan our own marketing activities, and we can focus and specialize to the needs of the German market to produce our own content, like product videos or success stories.

Do you sell any other products besides Mastercam?
We also sell MoldPlus, which is a software for Mastercam that offers a range of convenient options for all industries that work with surface and solid models, such as model and prototype construction or mold-making in the aerospace industry. We also have software called MDM. It stands for Manufacturing Data Management, and it’s specially adapted for Mastercam. All documents related to production can be efficiently and intelligently managed with this product.
