A Mastercam Customer Satisfaction Survey is Available
We want you to be happier with Mastercam. That is why it is so important that you take part in the Mastercam Customer Satisfaction survey. The survey is available in thirteen different languages. Please select your local language and use the survey to tell us what you like about Mastercam and what needs improvement.
No one knows Mastercam like our customers. You put your skills and tools to the test each and every day. You know which Mastercam features give you the best results and which ones slow you down.
The survey takes about five minutes to complete, and the information you provide is extremely valuable. Your input drives our development efforts and helps us make key decisions about Mastercam functionality and design.
Ideally, we’d like to hear from you at least once each year. Any time you upgrade your Mastercam version or your work environment changes, that is a good time to submit a new survey. As an added incentive, at the end of each quarter, we draw three names at random from the list of survey participants and give a $50 (USD) Amazon gift card to those selected.
