Ensuite, nous les \u00e9coutons et nous apportons les changements n\u00e9cessaires pour produire les meilleures pi\u00e8ces du march\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ces testeurs font sauter leurs voitures RC \u00e0 plus de 30 m\u00e8tres dans les airs et \u00e0 plus de 200 m\u00e8tres dans les foss\u00e9s, puis ils font un rapport \u00e0 M2C sur ce qui s&rsquo;est desserr\u00e9 ou cass\u00e9, afin que M2C puisse trouver une solution. \u00ab\u00a0De cette fa\u00e7on, nous savons que chacune de nos pi\u00e8ces est la plus r\u00e9sistante du march\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, explique M. Looper purchased a Star SR38 type B 10-axis screw machine and \u2013 after a failed attempt with a different software suite \u2013 paired it with Mastercam CAD\/CAM software. Unlike many screw machine shops, M2C produces short run parts and an imposing amount of prototypes. \u201cWe set the machine up for a new part on a weekly basis \u2013 with changeovers using the same size material, sometimes we set up a new part three or four times in a week.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n<p>Looper shared that part of this success relies on the POCO routine, or the pick-off\/cut-off operations. \u201cWith POCO, you can just click the solid and the software will automatically generate the cutoff sequence, with the second head coming in and picking it off. It\u2019s all one click. Luckily, the intuitive interface and his extensive support system made the transition seamless. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En quelques mois, je suis arriv\u00e9 au point o\u00f9 je peux faire presque tout ce qui s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 cette machine \u00e0 visser\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Je suis tellement confiant que je viens de commander une autre Star SB20R.
