CNC Software, Inc., established in 1983, is one of the oldest businesses in the CAD/CAM industry. The company was built on the concept of providing an inexpensive PC-based CAM system at a time when most other systems were expensive CAD-oriented products. Its flagship product, Mastercam, has grown to become one of the most recognizable brands in manufacturing, worldwide, and is the most widely used CAM system in the market today. The company employs about 140 people directly, with offices in Tolland, Connecticut and Gig Harbor, Washington. The company also has a global certified reseller network. 

Meghan Summers West President	Meghan earned her BS in Business from Bentley College and an MBA in Management from Hawaii Pacific University. Meghan gained valuable job experience outside of manufacturing before officially joining CNC Software in 2009 as operations manager. She was named president in April 2015. In 2014, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers named Meghan one of the “30 Under 30 Future Leaders of Manufacturing”.  She resides in Vernon, CT with her husband and two children.
Brian Summers Vice President	Brian has been with CNC Software since 1986. He serves as Vice President, responsible for the oversight of several groups within the company including sales, marketing, human resources, applications and project management. Brian holds an AS in Software Engineering from Hartford State Tech and is actively involved in many organizations within Glastonbury, CT where he resides with his wife and two children. In his free time, Brian enjoys skiing, biking and other outdoor activities.
Mark Summers Chairman	Mark Summers is the Chairman of CNC Software, Inc., a company he co-founded in 1983 with his brothers. Since that time, CNC Software has grown to over 135 employees, with offices in Tolland, CT, and Gig Harbor, WA, CNC's software product is the most widely used PC-based CAM system in the market today. Mark is committed to running an environmentally responsible business and supports many green ideas large and small.
Gary Hargreaves Vice President, Business Development	Gary joined CNC Software in January 1992 and serves as the Vice President of Business Development. He also runs the development efforts for the Mastercam Swiss Expert product. Gary has over 40 years of experience in the CAD/CAM industry, including an 8,000 hr Machinist Apprenticeship and 10,000 hr NC Programmers Apprenticeship. He holds an AS in Manufacturing from Three Rivers in Norwich, CT and a Management Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Business. Gary resides in Enfield, CT with his wife and enjoys spending time with his two adult children, both of whom live in the area.
Rich Norton  Corporate Controller	Rich Norton, Corporate Controller, joined CNC Software in September 2004. In his role, he's responsible for overseeing financial systems and business operations for the company. Rich holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Hartford and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business. Rich resides in Tolland, with his wife Laura, also an employee of CNC Software.
