WinTool CNC Production Resource & Tools Management
For each production job, WinTool manages the CNC files, tools, and production resources in a comprehensive and user-friendly application. MASTERCAM, the CIMCO editor, and CNC controls can be seamlessly integrated into WinTool so that a Standard Operating Procedure for CNC archiving, versioning, and release control can be implemented. In WinTool it is very easy to create new NC programs based on previous jobs, similar jobs or by using templates for standard and job-specific tools.
With WinTool you can quickly build an accurate tool library with exact tool assembly representations. These can then be imported into Mastercam including 3D models and cutting conditions. After programming, a detailed setup sheet is automatically generated which can also be interfaced with all presetting gauge brands and ERP/MRP systems. WinTool Inc. develops the WT-Mastercam-Interface at their headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland in cooperation with CNC Software, Mastercam users, and Mastercam resellers.
