Workshops for Warriors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that trains, certifies, and places veterans and wounded warriors into advanced manufacturing careers at no cost to the veteran. Sixteen-week courses leading to certifications in machining, fabrication, and welding provide each veteran with an opportunity to gain practical work experience in a real-world environment. With no federal, state, or municipal funding, Workshops for Warriors depends on the support of many of the country’s industrial manufacturers and individuals for the equipment and financial support they need for viable capabilities and growth. 
 
The mission of Workshops for Warriors is to provide quality training, educational programs, and opportunities to earn third party nationally recognized credentials to enable veterans, transitioning service members, and other students to be successfully trained and placed in their chosen advanced manufacturing career field.
