Arc MultiEdit

Instructions:

The purpose of this Add-On utility is to simplify the process of altering the size of multiple arcs (circles) at once.

To install...

1. Download the .ZIP file to a temporary folder.
2. Unzip the files.
3. Run the .EXE installer package.
